Who should stay on Zapier or Make
Stay on Zapier or Make if the job is “connect the SaaS catalog we already pay for” from a laptop: CRM → sheet → email, with hundreds of first-party connectors and an ops team that lives in a browser on a desk. Those products are built for that surface area. Craft Agent does not claim to replace every Zapier app directory entry or Make scenario template.
Stay there also if you need their specific enterprise contracts, shared folders, or a connector we have not shipped. We will not list fake parity.
Who should pick n8n
Pick n8n if you want to self-host the automation box: your VPS, your Docker, your nodes, your ops. That is a real job. Craft Agent is hosted NodePad — you design on a device, the graph runs in our cloud. Different control model. We do not invent n8n’s current cloud vs self-host prices or node catalog.
