Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Craft Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Craft Agent is an AI-powered workflow builder application that allows users to create, edit, and execute automated workflows using artificial intelligence. The service includes features such as social media and messaging integrations, voice AI capabilities, workflow scheduling, webhook triggers, a community marketplace for workflow sharing, and both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. AdamCodes Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Credits
Craft Agent offers free and paid plans. Paid plans may be purchased in two ways:
(a) Web. Web subscriptions and credit top-ups are sold through our Merchant of Record, Polar (Polar Software Inc. / polar.sh). For those purchases, Polar is the merchant of record: Polar processes payment, may charge applicable sales tax/VAT, and issues the customer receipt. Your agreement with Polar’s checkout terms also applies to the payment transaction.
(b) Mobile app stores. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel web plans from your Craft Agent account billing settings (or the link in Polar’s receipt). Cancel App Store / Google Play plans in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Credits
Credits from subscriptions and top-ups roll over while your account is active. We may expire credits and delete inactive account data after 24 months with no login or API usage.
Refunds (web)
See our Refund Policy. In short: for Polar web purchases you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@adamlabs.io, unless the law in your country requires a longer period. App Store / Google Play refunds are handled only by Apple or Google.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Craft Agent to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior on connected platforms
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Share workflows containing malicious content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence
- Impersonate other users or entities through automated actions
- Scrape, data-mine, or excessively access third-party services through Craft Agent integrations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Craft Agent integrates with third-party platforms. By connecting these services, you agree to comply with their respective terms, including Polar (web payments), Meta/Instagram, Twitter (X), Discord, Slack, Telegram, TikTok, GitHub, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, and Google Workspace. AdamCodes Ltd is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these third-party platforms.
7. Voice AI Services
Voice AI capabilities are powered by third-party providers including ElevenLabs. Audio data is transmitted to third-party services for processing. You must obtain any necessary consent from individuals whose voices are being processed. You will not use Voice AI features to create deepfakes, impersonate individuals without consent, or produce content that violates applicable laws.
8. Workflow Sharing & Community
When you share a workflow, its structure, name, description, and metadata become publicly visible. Sensitive data (API keys, OAuth tokens, and credentials) are automatically stripped before sharing. Shared workflows are user-generated content. AdamCodes Ltd does not review, endorse, or guarantee their functionality, safety, or legality.
9. Webhooks & External Connections
You are solely responsible for the security and privacy of any external endpoints you connect to. AdamCodes Ltd is not liable for any data transmitted to or from third-party services through your webhooks.
10. Push Notifications
By using Craft Agent, you consent to receive notifications related to workflow activity, account status, subscription management, credit balance, and occasional promotional content. You may opt out of non-essential notifications through the app’s settings or your device’s notification settings.
11. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through Craft Agent workflows is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. AdamCodes Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
12. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the workflows and content you create. AdamCodes Ltd retains all rights to the Craft Agent application, including its design, features, and underlying technology. By sharing a workflow publicly, you grant other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to clone and use that workflow.
13. Account Termination
AdamCodes Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or at our sole discretion for any reason. Upon termination, access is revoked, integrations are disconnected, remaining credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law, and shared workflows may be removed. You may delete your account by contacting support@adamlabs.io.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Craft Agent is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdamCodes Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Craft Agent. In no event shall AdamCodes Ltd’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Craft Agent shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
