Web purchases (Polar)

If you bought a subscription or credits on craftagent.io via Polar:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge.
• Email support@adamlabs.io with the email used at checkout and the Polar receipt / order id.
• We (or Polar, as merchant of record) will process eligible refunds to the original payment method.
• After 14 days, refunds are discretionary except where mandatory consumer law applies.

App Store / Google Play

In-app purchases are refunded only under Apple’s or Google’s policies. Use Apple Report a Problem or Google Play’s refund flow. We cannot reverse those charges ourselves.

Abuse

We may refuse refunds for fraud, chargeback abuse, or clear Acceptable Use violations.
